Scrappy Civil War

This little lap quilt was made at a retreat with some friends.  I knew I wanted to make something with some of the civil war repo scraps I had.  So I tossed my tote of fabric in the car, while at retreat I was reading a quilt magazine and this pattern popped out at me.  So thus, this is what the weekend brought about.  It's just big enough to throw across my lap while watching a movie and of course....working on the next quilt top!

  2. Hey this should look familiar to you as I got the pattern from a book of yours that I was sifting through sitting at the table befuddled...

  3. I don't think there is anything prettier than a scrap quilt and this one is no exception. Looking good. Ilike the border choices as well.
